#Kent's crime commissioner says a rise in the police part of our council tax will be worth it.
The average Band D household will pay around £203 a year from April - that's about £10 more than previously.
Bosses have approved the 5.2% hike at a meeting this week.
Matthew Scott is the one who suggested it.
