Hundreds of homes in Kent have been left without power after Storm Ciara brought heavy rain and winds of more than 90 miles per hour. Fallen trees and flooding caused major disruption on the county's roads and railways yesterday, with problems continuing today. Toby Howe is the senior highway manager for Kent Kent County Highways.
