What began as free-styling with friends led to a year with 30+ shows and some of the most unique concert ideas to hit the Pacific Northwest. Not only is he insanely talented, but one of the most down-to-earth individuals who goes out of his way to give back to the community.

This week’s friend of the podcast got is start free-styling with his friends. When he returned to Seattle from school in Pittsburgh, he started a rap duo with a random roommate who turned out to be a saxophone player, leading to frequent jam sessions and collaborations. After a year of scheming, he came out with Marshall Law Band, playing over 30 shows over the course of the year and is preparing to deliver Seattle’s first-ever “Hip Opera”.
