Various stakeholders are urging the SPLM-IO to fully welcome president Salva Kiir’s decision of reverting the country to 10 states. They say that the decision has removed the major stumbling block to the formation of the government of national unity and that opposition leader Dr. Riek Machar should embrace it without any conditions.
