Budapest Christmas market reimagined by brekekekexkoaxkoax.

"As cities continue to grow into mega-metropolises, concentrated capitalism generates ever new markets from destroying normal social relations.

"What happens to the farmer's market (American term) when Amazon and Uber-eats exploit the "gig economy" to deliver products directly to you in 90 minutes or less? This piece explores these topics by combining three elements, the supplied recording of a street market in 2019 Budapest, a processed recording of a girl's voice broadcast on Hungarian radio in 1994 (recorded by J. Redl), and a mathematical combination of these two files.

"All three of these files have been intertwined amongst each other, simulating a dust that lingers and remembers fragments of pre-Collapse life, a dust that moans under moonless and shapeless clouds. brekekekexkoaxkoax has been sound project of Josh Ronsen since 1996."
