SRSG David Shearer speaks at swearing in ceremony of South Sudan's Unity Government

The Special Representative of the UN Secretary General to #SouthSudan, David Shearer said he is hopeful that those who fled the country as a result of the war, will start to return following the formation of the new government. 
SRSG Shearer said the UN will continue to be a partner of peace.
