Ellen's Stardust Diner is unique to Manhattan - an old-style diner where the waiting staff are all aspiring Broadway singing stars. You're serenaded by a constant stream of songs from musicals as you eat - and make no mistake, the waiting staff here can certainly belt out a tune!
