At what age do we become old?

We've all heard people say things like "you're as young as you feel" or "age is just a number" but at some point in our lives old age gets us. Is this when we begin to feel old or is it when we reach a specific number? This week the AQQA team try to pin point an indisputable stage or age when people officially become old.
