"The idea behind 'Parallels' is an undefined journey. The original location recording from Italy contains a train journey.
"So instead of defining a start, or end, for the piece. I instead created a soundscape that could run forever - from destination, to destination; but never resolving.
"It was also important to me that I did not overshadow the location audio, as that sets the scene very effectively."
