Deafness and hearing loss in primary care: In conversation with a GP and an ENT surgeon

Episode 53,   Mar 09, 2020, 03:41 PM

This podcast has been produced for primary care clinicians who care for patients with deafness and hearing loss. GP Speciality Registrar, Dr Devina Maru, the RCGP Clinical Champion for Hearing Loss (2019-2020), speaks to Dr Graham Easton, a GP with interest in ENT and contributor to NICE guideline development on hearing loss. She also interviews former ENT surgeon, Dr Krishan Ramdoo, now GP Speciality Registrar and clinical entrepreneur, who has developed an innovative product to improve wax removal services. Both discuss better ways GPs can help support patients in the community.

This episode is packed with useful information for clinicians and is a must for anyone who would like to better support the needs of people with hearing loss. These podcasts were recorded in February 2020 in London.
