Red Cross Reports more unaccompanied children fleeing Pibor

The South Sudan Red Cross is reporting a massive exodus of IDPS including unaccompanied children to Anyidi in Jonglei state following clashes in Pibor.

 

Fighting in the vicinity of the villages of Manyabol, Lokurmach, Likuangole, Kongor, Bich Bich, and Batingongo  led to the destruction and damage of both civilian and government structures.

 

The Head of the South Sudan Red Cross in Bor, Michael Mading, says the Red Cross and other partners have done an assessment to find their needs.
