Those forcing their way into South Sudan to be prosecuted.

The high-level taskforce on coronavirus has warned of stern action against people trying to force their way into South Sudan. Taskforce spokesperson Makur Matur Koriom said authorities are aware that some people are using undesignated entry points to force their way into the country, despite clear guidelines banning movement of people from across the borders.
