How do we talk to kids about Coronavirus? 

This is a difficult period of time for many families. Seek support early if you feel you aren’t coping, GP’s can be the first step in this process and are still open and available to talk through any challenges. It is ok to feel worried or anxious. In this podcast, I want to try to keep things simple for you, offering practical tips and strategies.
