UN Secretary General's message for World Health Day

Every year on 7th April the world commemorates World Health Day to mark WHO's founding and is seen as an opportunity by the organization to draw worldwide attention to a subject of major importance to global health.

 

This year’s World health day has been dedicated to nurses and midwives, to celebrate their work and remind world leaders of the critical role they play in keeping the world healthy.
