Jessica McVay is joined by Labour MP Caroline Flint and Higginson Strategy Partner Clodagh Higginson to discuss the state of equality in parliament 100 years after women gained the right to stand as candidates.

Caroline talked about progress she’s seen since becoming an MP in 1997 and ways that parliament could become more inclusive.
