A Kent charity says the government needs to do more to cover the cost of social care during the pandemic.
Aspens in Tunbridge Wells supports 700 children and adults with a range of disabilities, complex needs and autism.
Their head of income generation Richard Anstead says the coronavirus has hit them hard.
