UNMISS embarks on covid19 mobile awareness campaign countrywide

United Nations mission in South Sudan has embarked on mobile awareness campaign on covid19 across the Country, to complement government efforts in creating awareness and combating the spread of the coronavirus.

 

UN Special representative of the Secretary General in South Sudan, David Shearer, says the mission has already sent  promo trucks into the PoCs as well as local communities across the country to broadcast health messages in local languages to create awareness on guidelines to prevent Covid 19.

He spoke to Sebit William  in a telephone interview.
