It began generations ago, the Hall family gathering to sing Gospel songs. On Thursday, multiple generations came together and sang during my Aunt Caneta Hall's 90th birthday celebration. My Uncle Sewell, Uncle Bill, Aunt Lillian, & Aunt Caneta all talked about the importance of family getting together to sing. On this week's show, I wanted to encourage this idea by sharing the songs from our gathering on Thursday. During the singing, Uncle Sewell would simply begin a song and everyone would join in by memory. It was wonderful and I thought it would be a great way to close out the year on TMWS. That singing will be the first two segments of the show tomorrow. After that, we'll have the Mary Faye Headrick Good Deed Segment with my friend, Van Booth, with WALKING FOR LIFE who is nearing the end of his coast-to-coast walk for Operation Song & Freedom Sings U.S.A. In the final segment, we'll have the Make A Difference Minute Replay. Listen, be encouraged & inspired, and share.
