Sleep doesn't just make up around a third of our lives. It's vital to drive the other two thirds in the right direction. Children change it, but there are ways that you can get more for both parent and child. Rick and Dr. Sarah speak with Dr Michael Farquhar, Evelina Paediatric Sleep Consultant about sleep in children, what is normal and how to support it.
