Live Nation's Jimmy Koplik on Concert Refunds

Chaz and AJ spoke to Jimmy Koplik this morning about the policies in place through Live Nation, when it comes to refunding customers tickets to concerts. If the show was canceled, or rescheduled, you will be refunded. Must have purchased your ticket through either Live Nation or Ticketmaster.
