Alessandria, Italy lockdown sound recorded by Lucia Rosini.

"I'm going through quarantine alone with my cat, my city is heavily affected by the virus, today for me, it's one of the most tiring days since the beginning of the pandemic. Today I feel so far away from all that my life was until two months ago. I start to miss my friends and all the people I love a lot.

"In these 50 days of isolation I discovered that looking out of my terrace, you have almost the same acoustics as a theatre, so I started singing. I do it on evenings like this, where the weight of all this is stronger and in those where, despite everything, I can be happy. It's my way of feeling like I'm still part of a whole, to cancel the distances, to embrace with my mind and heart all the people I love."
