No one really knows when or if things will go back to normal, so it's time to start asking yourself the right questions and to adapt to your new reality. How is your current work-life balance, and will it work in the long-term?

In this episode, I'm looking at how we can start to move forward with a new workday, both in a management role or as a team member.
