As the law around organ donation changes today, a Kent woman says she simply wouldn't be alive today if she hadn't received a transplant. An 'opt out' system has come into force, which means all adults in England will be considered a donor, unless they've specifically said they don't want to be. Catherine Smith from Margate was given a new liver.
