Over the last three months, we've seen that things are changing quickly and not necessarily making sense. As we think about our work routines and prepare to move forward, I wanted to take this episode to expand on the conversation and help you understand who you are as a professional. The job industry isn't looking too promising these days and this can be pretty frightening to many people, from college kids just entering the workforce to executives with years under their belts.
