The guitar quartet "Los Romeros" comes to San Rafael this weekend for a concert at the Marin Veteran's Memorial Auditorium. Celin Romero says he, his brothers and their children all grew up hearing and learning the sound of family patriarch and quartet founder Celedonio Romero's guitar technique.
