The Black Lives Matter movement has shaken the world, and myself and many others have been forced to look inward and be honest. We have this incredible momentum that has been hard fought, but why don't things change? It's time for the small group of privileged people, who have benefited from systemic racism, to think deeply about how we are going to be different going forward. In this episode, I'm aiming to help people like myself understand how they can take a stand against all types of internalized racism, from your power to vote, to hiring and more. The whole world is watching. We all have to do our part and hold ourselves and the systems around us accountable.
