This week’s episode I am joined by Alex Reads and Ryan Nile who are two incredible content creators - Alex is the host of the podcast 'Time To Talk with Alex Reads' and Ryan host the 'Ryan Nile Show' podcast and IG lives.

I got together with the boys for an important discussion about race and the experience of growing up as a black man in London. I hope that this conversation can provide some inspiration to start making the change we want to see.

Emotionally there’s a lot going on right now in the world and we are really living in unprecedented times. But through all of this, we need to start seeing action and part of that comes from a position of educate ourselves and understanding. And that is the purpose of this conversation

During this conversation, we spoke about:
  • How having tough conversations are a good thing
  • The multi layers of racism
  • The impact of small actions
  • How we can start creating change

If there is someone you feel would benefit from hearing this conversation then please make sure you share it with a friend who would enjoy listening and really take something from it :)
