It's been interesting to watch how these days everyone is having the same conversations around making changes in our new normal, from our workdays to society at large. But, there's a lot of confusion as well. When it comes to adapting to our new normal, we're seeing the "extremes": in people who go all out, and people who don't do anything at all.
This week I couldn't help but be inspired by The Temptations and their song "Ball of Confusion". The lyrics today are so relevant, and it's a little scary to see history repeating itself.
It's been interesting to watch how these days everyone is having the same conversations around making changes in our new normal, from our workdays to society at large. But, there's a lot of confusion as well. When it comes to adapting to our new normal, we're seeing the "extremes": in people who go all out, and people who don't do anything at all.
Culturally, we're seeing people starting to judge others about the best ways to adapt to and change our new normal. And I get it, it's confusing to know where to be and how to be consistent. But, it's more important now than ever to stay open and think outside the box. In the episode, I discuss what those conversations are like, and how to stay engaged to change the new normal workday for the better.
