Let Go Of The Need For External Validation

In this short guided meditation, we will explore the need for attention and validation from others and find our inherent inner security. We will explore the role compassionate self-forgiveness plays in our sense of self and our ability to show up as healthy and secure human beings. We will also have a chance to release old hurts and make room for a more secure and magnetic you. In this meditation, attention-seeking is seen as a natural part of human behavior and we will explore how to fulfill this basic human want in a healthy way.
