Su, Springboard Project talks about the importance of social media

Sue is Activities Manager at the Springboard project in Guildford. She was a participant on a recent social media training course co-ordinated by the Family Strategic Partnership and delivered by digital media agency sounddelivery. The aim of this practical and hands-on training was to ensure that voluntary and community sector groups working with families around the country had the right skills and confidence to use social media to give the families they work with a say in how policies affecting them are developed. Sue talks about the role social media could play in her organisation.
