The highly publicized case of vigilante justice in small-town 1980's Missouri. What is a town to do when the local bully gets away with everything and terrorizes them for decades with no remorse? They kill him, and then they shut up about it. More than 40 witnesses were present as this man was shot in broad daylight and not a single one of them has ever claimed to have seen the shooters.
