Police vow 'Swift Justice' in Juba triple murder case

The Inspector General of police has called for public patience as investigations continue into the murder of three children in Rock city residential area of Juba continues. 
 
While briefing journalists in Juba on Monday, General Majak Akec Malok said security agencies are working round the clock to ensure the perpetrators are swiftly brought to justice. 
 
Gen Malok also cautioned against misinformation and spreading rumors about the murder of the 4, 7 and nine-year-old sisters at their home last Saturday.  
 
By yesterday Police confirmed that 19 suspects and witnesses are being held in connection with the murder. 
 
President Salva Kiir in a statement seen by Radio Miraya said he was shocked and saddened by the incident and directed law enforcement agencies to use every tool at their disposal to apprehend the perpetrators.  
 
The President also asked members of the public with any information that could lead to the arrest of the criminals to support the investigations.
