Councillor's Concerns Around Easing Of Restrictions For Visually Impaired People.

As many lockdown restrictions ease, at different stages, across the UK, can  the freedoms it allows be embraced by blind and partially sighted people too? 

RNIB Connect Radio's Allan Russell spoke to Stonehaven Councillor Dennis Robertson, who is himself blind, to find out if the relaxation of some rules have any hidden, or unintended, barriers for people with sight loss.
