Jul 30, 2020, 05:00 AM

'Media shapes our society and Black Lives will Matter when we change the media within our society.' This is the sentiment that Renay Richardson, CEO of Broccoli Content, shared with Leanne, Livs and Roshan on this week's podcast.

Renay shares her journey from being a student at the Brit School, to working her way up as a talent agent to being the founder of the first UK Production Company to have a joint venture with Sony. They discuss the Equality in Audio Pact which Renay created to improve representation and inclusion in the audio industry and she gives her insight on what she thinks it takes to succeed. Remember - no one really knows what they're doing, so make it up as you go along!
