Naomh is currently working as the Group Sales and Marketing Director at Staffline  Ireland in April 2019. She is responsible for developing and implementing the long term sales and marketing strategy for them. The company is one of the island’s leading providers of recruitment, talent management and human resources solutions.

Providing dynamic direction, Naomh shares her sales and marketing expertise and analysis to the 250 plus staff across 12 Grafton offices in Ireland.

As a specialist in Digital Education Naomh's role is to identify unmet needs, define goals, create opportunities and pinpoint challenges throughout the company’s digital transformation journey.

Naomh's expertise is helping companies build a digital vision and footprint. Naomh has huge experience working with a fabulous range of international clients including; Dior, Gulf News, Emirates Airlines, Gilead, Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, Amazon, Birds Eye, Randox Health plus many more.

Programmes include the Nolan Show, BBC Five Live, BBC Radio 4, BBC’s Talk Back, Inside Business and the Vinny Hurrell Show. Naomh has featured as one on Northern Ireland's Top 20 Northern Lights in the Irish Times. She is a regular commentator in the Belfast Telegraph, Irish News, The National (UAE), Gulf News (UAE) and Northern Slant.

Naomh created the DANI Awards, is the Curator of She Said Club, an Associate Lecturer at Ulster University and a STEM Ambassador. She sits as a board member and Trustee of Belfast Homeless Services and Built for Growth Digital (one of Ireland's leading eCommerce Agencies).
