Uncertainty became the buzz word of 2020. From when the schools closed in March to the lead up to when the exams were officially cancelled, nobody had a clue what was going on. Even now, the results are out, college offers have been released but a massive uncertainty still faces young people. In this episode, we hear from the class of Covid19 on how the uncertainty impacted their mental health. Luke also interviews psychologist Aisling Leonard Curtin about sitting with uncertainty from a psychological perspective and the small actions we can take that can have a big effect on our emotional wellbeing.
