The befriending service

Following the Covid 19 call of everyone inside, when rough sleepers were house in hotels, Birmingham Changing Futures Together created a Lived Experience Befriending Service to increase the likelihood long-standing rough sleepers will transition into a home of their own. In this episode we here from a service user who's benefiting from this and a befriender.
