Couple's Court: Breaking up the cats

Couples Court - Tammy and Alex are in the middle of a divorce and their fighting over their two cats. Alex says they should stay with him because he's keeping the house, Tammy says he's doesn't even like them!  As an alternative he suggested they each take one, but she refuses.
