Season 1, Episode 61,   Jun 01, 2020, 11:27 PM

Dale McNamara started the University of Tulsa women's golf program. She had no coaching experience. In a 26 year, Hall of Fame career, she coached the Golden Hurricane to four national championships. As a matter of fact, Tulsa won the last AIAW National Title and first NCAA championship in the same year! In 1988, her daughter, Melissa, was a senior. The Golden Hurricane won their fourth national championship and Melissa won the individual title. After a long pro career, Melissa Luellen took over for her mother at Tulsa, won an NCAA title at Arizona State and guided Auburn to the Final Four last year. The mother-daughter duo of Dale McNamara and Melissa Luellen are featured in this Talking Tigers Podcast, presented by Wickles Pickles.
