City Gospel Mission staff member Courtney Walton examines issues of race, diversity, and poverty in youth mentoring. "To be your full, best authentic self - who you are and who God created you to be - that's exactly what we want. It's not about changing kids to look a certain way. It's about coming alongside and helping them to turn up the volume on who they are."
