Is blue light from your SmartPhone bad for your health?

Many people are unaware that their smartphones, tablets and computers emit a harmful blue light that can cause tired eyes and challenge us when we are trying to get to sleep. To aid this, company Ocushield have developed a range of products, and for every product purchased, £1 is donated to RNIB to support our work.

Steven Scott spoke with the founder of Ocushield, Optometrist Dhruvin Patel, to find out more about their products and why they've decided to support RNIB.
