Tim Scott McConnell, is the American singer-songwriter and 12-string guitarist who now performs under the name Ledfoot. He is known as the 'Master of Gothic Blues', a music genre he created. He started touring at the age of 15. His song High Hopes was released by Bruce Springsteen in 2013. For  a period he headed the LA band the Havelinas. In 2007 he released his first Ledfoot album and started touring heavily in Europe as a solo performer. He talks about his approach to being a singer-songwriter, how he developed gothic blues and how, far from drying up as he has got older, he now has enough material to write about.
