The days leading up to and coming out of Election Day in the United States have brought up a lot of feelings for many people. For me, it's forced to me reflect on some lessons that I think ultimately apply to our everyday lives in work and at home - lessons in humility, understanding, and patience.

In this episode I reflect on these lessons and how they apply to you, even if you couldn't possibly think to compare your life to this chaotic time in our society!
