Every week here on the Every Day Health Hacker Podcast we are going to answer the questions that you, our listeners have emailed to Info@everydayhealthhackers.com and like you, I’m ready to take control of My OWN health.

It’s a journey folks, but luckily we have someone like Dr Leal to guide us on this journey to better health.

Allright folks, lets get started on this journey!

Its my pleasure to introduce Dr Liza Leal.

Doc, folks like me have been looking to take control of their health for years, and I want to thank you for taking your valuable time to get us going in the right direction.

Since its our first podcast, could you give our listeners a little information about your OWN journey to better health?

Wow Doc! You have certainly had your OWN journey to better health! It’s refreshing to hear from someone that has had their own struggles with good health and has come out on top!  I bet you have some real stories to tell!

Like you have told me in the past, we learn equally from our successes AND our failures.

Doc, it seems like every time we turn around, we’re being bombarded by infomercials, emails, social media, and so-called friends that promise a quick answer to all of our problems. Of course, it involves a lot of money.

Doc, you call your approach to better health “Find Your Fit.” Can you tell us how this works?

Let's Talk about Learning Lab and MCM Nutrition and how that relates

discussion of www.everydayhealthhacker.com and learning lab powered by www.meridianmedicaldentalhealthcare follow them at IG

Questions:

1)    I’m a 65 YO Male in relatively good health. Considering the pandemic and how some people feel about vaccinations, would it be wise to get flu and pneumonia shots? And should I go for the COVID vaccine when it gets here?
2)    I’m a 40-year-old single mother of two school-age children. Both are attending school in person. Is there a way to boost my (our) immune system? I can’t afford to get sick and could use a little direction.
3)    I’m a 55-year-old single male in fair health. Since I don’t eat that well, I have decided to start taking vitamin supplements. The question is: Where do I buy them? Do I go to a nutrition store, or are the things at Wal Mart good enough? If I am going to put something in my body, I want it to be healthy. Do you have a place for me to get QUALITY products?

Ok, folks, we are out of time. I want to thank Dr. Leal for taking the time today to help us on the path to better health.

Remember, folks, if you have a comment or question for Dr. Leal, send them to info@everydayhealthhackers.com
