Mobile telecommunication costs adjusted upwards

The National Communication Authority has approved an upward adjustment in mobile communication costs to conform with the exchange rate of the local currency against the US dollar. 

The Authority’s Director General Napoleon Adok Gai says the new rates will enable telecom operators to improve the quality of their services and that the prices may change again once inflation is brought under control.
