Making Changes to Help Achieve Your Goals

This episode is a brief chat about all things health and fitness related, from calories and tracking them to holding yourself accountable. Having recently completed my nutrition and personal training qualification I thought I'd share some of my thoughts. I talk about the different things that may help you to achieve your goals as well as addressing some of the mistakes you may be making in hindering you progression.
