Stick it Out, Keep Breathing, and Stay Alive

Episode 39,   Nov 23, 2020, 09:34 AM

When people ask me how I come up with the topics for my weekly podcast, I always say the same thing: the world around me. As probably one of the last people to be binge watching The Crown on Netflix these days, a line recently stood out to me, "stick it out, keep breathing, and stay alive". This sentiment really resonated with me, and I'm sure it does for many people these days as we feel a little hopeless and alone, no thanks to the global pandemic. In this episode I break down what it means to me, and how I think it can help you today, tomorrow, and everyday going forward.
