Guterres: Work to prevent violence from occurring in the first place

Today we enter the second day of the 16 days of activism against Gender Based Violence (GBV). In his message to launch the Global Campaign yesterday, the UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres called on the international community to end the shadow pandemic of gender-based violence once and for all.
