34: How I Lost 9kg in My Fourth Trimester

Times are tough. We are in a pandemic, we have less support than expected, but I made sure that I didn't let that get in my way. I couldn't let it get in my way, because if I did, I wouldn't be giving my best to my family. 

I knew what I wanted from the start and I made it happen. There is still so much more work to do - onwards and upwards from here.
