I’m joined by entrepreneur Andy Lord who shares his story of how he went from rock star and super hero in his own world to tearful, being lost, feeling like a fraud and being full of self doubt when his marriage broke down and he left the business he created. 

He challenges the belief he’d been brought up with that big boys don’t cry and says: ‘Being a man is about being in touch with your emotions.’
